To prepare for your medical consultation, please have a list of your current medications and medical history ready. If you are currently using weight loss injections, please confirm the dosage in milligrams (not units) to help the healthcare provider determine the most appropriate dose for you.
Step 3
After your phone call, your provider will electronically send your medical clearance along with your prescription (if applicable) for medical weight loss treatment to your clinic.
